🔁 SootMutt Return & Refund Policy

We stand by our gear — if it ain't right, we’ll make it right.

🔄 Returns

Changed your mind? No worries. You’ve got 15 days from when your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached (If it came with tags)

  • Return postage is at your cost (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)

To start a return, email Sootmutt@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • What you’d like to return

  • Why you're sending it back

We’ll reply with return instructions — don’t send anything without getting in touch first.


💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll shoot you an email to confirm it’s all good. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Give it 3–5 business days to hit your account or you can opt for store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🛠 Faulty or Wrong Item?

We’re only human, but if we mess up — we’ll sort it fast.
Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your gear arrived damaged or faulty

  • You received the wrong size or product

Email Sootmutt@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll get it fixed up ASAP.
